A figure or a rule looks wrong
Tell us the credit union, its charter number if you have it, and the line in question. Figures come from the quarterly federal file, so a credit union that has corrected its filing appears once the NCUA republishes the data. For a membership rule, send the address of the credit union’s own page: we read it and date the change.
What we cannot do
We are not the NCUA, a credit union or a bank. We cannot tell you where to keep your money, open an account, settle a complaint or say whether you will be accepted as a member. A complaint about a credit union goes to that credit union first, then to the agency that supervises it.
